What a perfect side dish for a pizza night, or for party hosting! These potato wedges are full of flavor, and so simple to make. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- Potatoes
- All purpose flour
- Lawry's Seasoning Salt
- Salt
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Ground Pepper
- Red Pepper or Cayenne Pepper
- Cooking Oil
- Deep Skillet

Recipe
- Pour cooking oil into a little under 3/4 of the skillet (enough oil to cover potatoes). Heat on Med/Low.
- Begin peeling potatoes removing all skin and impurities.
- Rinse peeled potatoes.
- Begin cutting the potatoes into wedge-shaped slices (pictured on the left).
- Rinse again.
- Season each wedge with the listed seasonings above. Be sure to season lightly with salts. *Remember you can always add more salt, but you can't take it away once it's cooked throughout.
- After seasoning with all the seasonings, cover each wedge completely with all-purpose flour. This is process is very similar to making fried chicken. Be sure wedge is covered completely. Feel free to "spot-check" season again after this step.
- Place potatoes into the heated oil to fry.
- Cook for about 30 - 35 min. or until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and enjoy!
