EXTRA CHEESY MAC N' CHEESE

Ingredients:
- 3 Cups of Macaroni
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 1/2 Cup Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- 6-8 Oz. Velvetta Original Cheese (slices or cut in cubes)
- 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
- 1 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese (Shredded)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Boil Macaroni until a little under-cooked, then drain and set aside
- In a large bowl, add milk, heavy cream, sharp cheddar cheese, and Monterey jack cheese
- Stir to combine
- Tasted the mixture, add salt, pepper, garlic powder (amount of seasoning will vary based on personal preferences)
- When taste is content, add both eggs, stir until well combined
- Add Macaroni to baking dish
- Pour milk mixture over macaroni
- Mix well
- Place Velveeta cubes/slices throughout the baking dish
- Top with more cheddar
- Add black pepper if desired
- Bake 35-45 minutes
- Do not over-bake
- It will firm on it's own
- Let stand for 10 - 15min or until fully set
